Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard AusPost shipping on every Australian order. If somehow you are not able to pick up your purchase from us in store, we can arrange free postage to make your purchasing experience as stress-free as possible. This offer is for standard signature postage only, if you wish to add insurance to your order prices is subject to AusPost insurance premiums.
Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via AusPost and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Request signature for all deliveries. We require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.
We are committed to timely delivery for all our orders. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, we are no liable for any lost or damages during transit. If you have purchase insurance on the item, you must report the lost or damage item to us with 3 business days of receiving your tracking number.
For security reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from our store.
